We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join us where you will have overall responsibility for the retention and development of an existing customer base. You’ll be working with a portfolio of clients across the Hospitality sector in your local region, meaning you’ll be building relationships with both local businesses and nationally recognised brands. This is a full time position which will require some regional travel.
Within the role you will deliver exceptional levels of service, building relationships with customers and developing their portfolio. We’ll need you to think like the customer and be able to pass their feedback back to us, acting as their voice within Elis. You will be their lead point of contact and will understand their needs and future requirements and how we can add value to the client relationship.
We are looking for someone who has previous Account Management experience. With good written and verbal skills, you will be customer focused and will have a high attention to detail. Experience in a customer facing role is needed, as is having a level of flexibility, and the ability to react quickly to the needs of your client.
