£30,000 per annum

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join our dedicated team in Leicester or Walton on Thames office and we really want to hear from you if you;

  • Are a team player with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Have an understanding of ICT infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, local area networks etc) used within an organisation
  • Are familiar with the planning and management of the interaction between two or more networking systems, computers or other "intelligent " devices. Examples: ISDN, SIP, Ethernet, TCP/IP.
  • Have the ability to analyse and present complex information simply
  • Have gained a significant experience as a competent engineer of computer systems and has demonstrated an aptitude for IT work
