Joining our client as a Learning Support Officer, you will facilitate high quality learning through the support of students with complex learning difficulties, complex and challenging behaviour and physical disabilities and will contribute to the classroom experience of their talented and enthusiastic learners, within a hardworking team with high standards. As a highly engaged and motivated Learning Support Officer, you will have a genuine desire to improve the life chances of learners.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individual, with a relevant level 3 qualification or equivalent coupled with a thorough knowledge of the relevant curriculum and the ability to perform learning support to contribute to effective learning. You will provide and supervise the personal hygiene and health care requirements of students to ensure their comfort and cleanliness within the work area of the Aspirations department, be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
31.25 hours over 38 weeks of the year, mainly term time
