Production Operatives

We are looking for Production Operatives to join us at our site in Coventry to process customer garments and items to a high standard.

Following your induction, training and development you will contribute to our production process from start to finish, you will unload and pre-sort linen, towels and products, sort dirty laundry, load and unload the washer and dryer, move products through the factory floor as directed and pack finished items for delivery to our clients.

Delivering an exceptional service to our customers, you will ensure our products leave the factory on time and of a high quality, maintaining a high level of health and safety at all times.

Whilst previous work in a high-volume production environment is beneficial, no experience is necessary and full training will be given! All we ask is that you are a hard-working team player who is dependable and can follow instructions. As this role is working on a production line you must be comfortable standing for long periods of time, have good manual dexterity and an eye for detail.
