Job Spec Recruitment Resource


To support the industrial team with the resourcing of candidates, filling jobs and any administration.


  • Recruitment and selection of candidates for temporary jobs
  • Interviewing potential candidates
  • Advertising
  • Matching candidates to jobs
  • Arranging any interviews
  • Booking in appointments
  • Assessing and verifying candidates skills through careful interviewing and testing
  • Resolving any issues or concerns from clients and candidates obtaining feedback, from them to evaluate service and performance
  • Maximising opportunities for new business, via candidate leads and interviewing
  • Ensuring that the database is kept up to date
  • Ensuring that candidate record cards and availability lists are kept up to date
  • Ensuring candidate packs are complete with relevant ID,
  • Any other adhoc duties as required to support the team
  • Keep the permanent team up to date of any opportunities support where necessary

The candidate

  • Computer literate mainly MS Word (however knowledge of Excel would be an advantage)
  • Confident
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A driver would be an advantage
  • Highly motivated, driven
  • The selected candidate will ideally be seeking a career, this role holds great potential for someone looking to work their way up the recruitment ladder.
  • Adaptable - reacts well to change

Hours 8.30am - 5.30pm however a level of flexibility will be required due to business needs (i.e. peak recruitment)
