Our client based on the outskirts of Woking are seeking a methodical and organised Resourcer to assist with their business and recruit a number of staff for a variety of roles.
Job Description
* Sourcing high volume cleaners and building a rapport
* Searching job boards, social media and other platforms to find a high-quality workforce
* Manage all booking enquiries and work proactively to ensure all jobs are filled at any given time
* Working on a roster for all staffing calendars
* Data entry onto company database
Required Skills
* Methodical and with the ability to work to deadlines
* Ability to multi-task and handle unexpected situations
* Exceptional organisational & time management skills
* Strong communication skills, liaising with workforce & management
* People management skills
* Excellent PC skills
