Role Purpose

We are now looking for an Onboarding Executive to join our passionate Human Resources department. You will be responsible for creating an 'energetic and exciting culture', whilst ensuring we work towards improving knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to drive business results and in line with the Company Values.

You will be responsible for the onboarding process for all non-operational colleagues including; curating & creating new starter packs, conducting all first morning activities and leading monthly cultural workshops & quarterly departmental showcases. They will always be constantly looking for ways to improve all aspects of the new colleague onboarding process - implementing these where appropriate.

You will co-ordinate the personal development programme, including; facilitating or sourcing facilitators for workshops, organising appropriate training space/dates and, importantly, communicating this to the business and maximising engagement with the programme.

You will be responsible for creating data packs relating to the monthly surveys, and ensuring the Learning Management System is up to date and user friendly at all times. They will always be looking for ways to collect relevant data to demonstrate the success of engagement activity.

You will manage the company Learning Management System as well as administrating all company led training programmes.

They will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with external training and platform providers, as well as colleagues of all levels within the group. The role requires creativity, enthusiasm and willingness to engage with employees regarding their experience within the organisation.

The individual will need to be excellent at building relationships, networking, innovating and be able to think outside of the box. They will be genuinely committed to supporting the personal development and overall experience of employees across the group.

Skill Requirements

Essential to have:

* The candidate should be approachable and able to engage a wide range of people on a range of topics.

* Excellent data management and interpretation skills.

* The role requires excellent communication skills across multiple platforms (written and verbal).

* The candidate should be highly organised.

* The role requires a highly driven individual with strong project management skills.

* The individual should be creative, tech savvy and a great problem solver.

Nice to have:

* Experience of working with different types of data

* Experience of using/managing a Learning Management System

* Experience of working in a Learning & Development Environment

* Experience of using online survey platforms (Survey Anyplace or equivalent)

* Experience of working with and adhering to budgets

* Experience of curating high quality learning materials/booklets

* Experience of classroom training/writing training sessions.

* Experience of article/report writing
