Security Officer

We are a national security company specialising in all areas of manned guarding, alarm response and electronic security. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing SIA Licensed security operatives to cover security sites across the Yorkshire region
The candidate will be expected to work days, nights and weekend shifts at different locations around Leeds. The locations range from office blocks and business parks to factories and gatehouses. Duties would include completing foot patrols to minimise any risk of flood, fire or damage; challenging unauthorised persons on site, monitoring CCTV, accurate record keeping and logging of incidents and visitors to site.
Good communication and accurate record keeping are an essential part of the role and a good command of verbal and written English is a must. The candidate will be responsible for the welfare and security of any staff on site and would be expected to have excellent interpersonal skills and a conscientious work ethic.
The candidate will be expected to provide the following services to a high standard:

* Accurate record keeping for use as evidence
* Provide excellent customer service when required
* Knowledge of fire and intruder alarm systems

* Locking/ unlocking of buildings
* Controlling access to site
* Interpreting and following assignment instructions
All applicants must hold a current frontline SIA Licence in Manned Guarding or Door Supervision
