Aftersales Manager with at least 2 years recent experience in a managerial role within a Car Main Dealership Group network is requires for our client a Leading Car Dealership Group in Surrey. The role requires an Aftersales Manager that has a solid and proven track record who can demonstrate good CSI improvement through the management team whilst also improving efficiencies and gross margin who will fully embrace the vision of both the Brand and Franchise.

You will be responsible for their busy Aftersales Department providing direction for the entire After Sales operation with a team of 12 staff to ensure an efficient and professional operation throughout and focused on driving the business forward during this exciting time of growth. You must be able to step straight into this position so experience in a similar role is within a main dealership is essential. You must advocate the importance of people, process and performance whilst showing your passion to deliver outstanding customer service. You will also be working closely with senior management and the manufacture to ensure that key objectives and strategies are met. You will need to be a hands on Manager and be able to coach and develop the team.

Aftersales Manager Essential Requirements for the post

- At least 2 years Motor Trade Main Dealership experience in a managerial capacity
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Experience of developing and monitoring budgets
- Someone who is fully committed to customer satisfaction and ensuring the correct procedures are carried out
- An understanding of marketing processes and development of pricing strategies
- Up to date knowledge of vehicle and consumer legislation, trade practices and FSA regulations
- Aftersales Manager with MOTOR TRADE EXPEREINCE ESSENTIAL

Aftersales Manager Key Responsibilities:

- Meet key performance indicators and targets for the service and parts departments. Manage and organise the service and parts department in an effective manner ensuring high quality customer service
- Develop a competent, committed and confident team that consistently meets or exceed performance expectations and implementation of customer focussed environment, setting clear objectives/targets
- Take actions to sustain, retain and enhance levels of customer satisfaction, whilst sustained profitability
- Respond promptly to any customer complaints and ensure timely and correct resolution. Ensure warranty procedures are followed correctly to ensure prompt recovery of monies due.
- Ensure that company standards are followed in relation to control of funds, premises, vehicles, and other company resources.
