We are looking to recruit a number of Day Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs including behaviours that may challenge. If you have a positive attitude and are a good communicator who cares about people’s wellbeing, then this could be the role for you!

You will be supporting adults with autism and complex needs with their daily routines and helping them access new experiences.
We are looking for Support Workers who have a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing and caring but have a calm demeanour when needed. Previous experience is not necessary, all we ask is that you have the right attitude and share our values. We will ensure you receive first class training when you join us and throughout your career at Hesley Group and will support you to become a Qualified Support Worker and beyond, all fully funded!
You will be joining a company who values its employees. A Support Worker is not a 9-5 job, but we understand your own time is precious therefore we have a fixed rota so you know exactly what shifts you would be working well in advance.
