Viewing/ Lettings Co-Ordinator

A successful and growing Housing Organisation is looking for a viewings/ letting Coordinator to join their team. This is a temporary role (ongoing until minimum March).

Your Package

• 9am - 5pm
• Monday - Friday

Your Responsibilities

• Go out to view properties with customers where you will show them around and discuss benefits
• Try and sell the property to the customers by focusing in on the benefits the property provides
• Explaining rent arrangements/agreements
• Competent at using computer software as you will be expected to do admin tasks following visits
• Keeping a log of people who were interested in properties and chasing them up to see if they're still interested

Your Experience and skills

• Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle
• Had previous sales/ estate agency experience
