About the role

Do you enjoy the variety of working in an environment where every day is different and where you will be involved in multiple workstreams at the same time? You might be planning a new project one day, tracking and reporting progress against strategic projects another and analysing data to demonstrate progress against our strategic plan on another day.

You will assist in supporting projects – provide advice and support to project managers, provide a planning function, and monitor and track the progress of the key projects.

Additionally this role ensures that the organisation is able to measure its strategic outcomes in a meaningful way through data driven analysis. The continued development of a measurement framework, scorecard reporting, clear processes and continuous improvement opportunities will support the successful delivery of the strategic plan.

About you

Good knowledge of project management principles, methods, tools and techniques including the proficient use of analytical tools are desirable along with the ability to communicate often complex information to a wide audience with differing levels of understanding and needs.

You will also have experience of working with qualitative as well as quantitative data and ideally of scorecards or other methods or tracking progress against key performance indicators although innovative thinking and an inquisitive nature are more important.
It goes without saying that your relationship building skills will be finely honed and extensive use of advanced excel techniques is a given.
