This company based in Somerset, is one of the leading UK manufacturers in their industry and have seen huge success off the back of their excellent customer service and quality of product. Due to continual market dominance they are now seeking someone to join their Laboratory team.
In this role you will supervise 3 Laboratory Technicians and provide support to internal and external customers, you will do this by carrying out compliance activities, advising on opportunities for improvement, supervise the lab function and carry out a range of tests.

The Role:
* Lead the lab function (process, activities, personnel and systems)
* Work with a range of market leading products
* Carry out compliance activities
* Conduct in-house product audits
* Ensure equipment maintenance and calibrations are carried out
The Person:
* Experience in a laboratory
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Team leader or supervisor experience is advantageous
