Account Manager Graduate

Account Manager (Graduate) - Norwich, Norfolk- GBP18,000 - 23,000 + Bonus

This role would suit either a recent graduate or someone that has experience of dealing with customers in the tech sector. This role is working for a very exciting software as a service (Saas) business based in Norwich.

Work in a fast paced environment supporting the Account Director with the day to day relationships for large global accounts.

Role Responsibilities

• Managing key accounts to ensure continued business relationships
• Devising deployment plans with client project management teams around Go Live strategies
• Accountable for the insight briefing process, ensuring all reports are scheduled and delivered on time
• Attending quarterly review meetings when requested
• Ensuring all integrations are activated and being utilised
• Logging all notes and information on the CRM to keep up to date

Requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• Degree in a business orientated degree (e.g. Business Management) is desirable

Salary and Working hours

• The position is paying GBP18,000 - GBP23,000 depending on experience + bonus
• The companies opening hours are 8:00am - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday. They offer flexible working hours between these times
