North Somerset dining pub with rooms, looking to really make an impact in North Somerset, looking for an ambitious Sous who wants great things for her/her career.

North Somerset dining pub with rooms is looking for an experienced Sous to assist and deputise for the Head Chef.
The current menu is traditional British food, priced well and cooked with all local produce. The local suppliers are excellent and further development of these relationships will be part of the role.
We want to hear from a Sous or a senior CDP that wants to support in the task to make this venue all it can be.
The team work well together, and the Sous with the Head Chef will lead, innovate and really put this venue on the map.
