This company is a small but very well established and busy General Practice Surveying company within Chichester City that offers their clients Building Surveying and Valuation Surveying services on a range of work both residential and commercial. They act for both the private, public and third sectors and have a vacancy for a Chartered Building Surveyor to be based in their office within Chichester City Centre and within 3 minutes from the Station.
About the Building Surveyor Opportunity:
You must be F/MRICS or Assoc RICS and it would be advantageous to be a Registered Valuer although this is not essential as they will sponsor the right person to acquire this. In order to be successful, you will ideally have experience of areas such as:
General Practice including but not limited to:
Rent Reviews, Lease Advisory
Acquisitions/Disposals
Valuation
RICS Home Buyers ReportSkills Required:
Excellent Work and Time Management
Excellent Report Writing
Good Communication, Especially Client Facing
Good IT skills Especially Excel
Must hold a Valid Driving Licence.
