Graduate Electronics Design Engineer Hampshire, UK GBP25-32k+
This is an entry level position that is open to junior electronics design engineers or graduate electronics engineers.
* Requires a goods degree or masters in electronics engineering
* The role requires analogue and digital circuit design, analysis and simulation
* Experience of PCB layout would be useful as would any embedded C programming
* Evidence of personal electronics projects (academic, hobbies, extra-curricular) would be a bonus

This company is involved with the design and manufacture of high reliability, low power sensor products that are manufactured in high volume for World-wide client market.
The sensor products include analogue circuitry, digital electronics and microcontrollers as well as an array of sensors (optical etc.)
The role will involve the design, development and validation of electronics products under the supervision of a lead engineer. You will get involved with full product development (circuit design, analysis, simulation, prototype build and test etc.)
Hence this role would suit a proactive, self-starting electronics enthusiast who enjoys responsibility and working within a team.
Graduate electronics engineer / Junior Electronics Design Engineer
This position is open to graduate electronics engineers and junior electronics design engineers. As an electronics design engineer you will eventually own projects taking new designs through to test, validation, type approval and into manufacture.
Skills / Knowledge: Graduate electronics engineer
* A good degree or higher in a relevant subject (e.g. electronics engineering, computer science, etc)
* Good knowledge of electronics design and both analogue and digital electronics theory
* Use of schematic capture and PCB layout tools (OrCAD / Altium /PADS) would be great
* Able to work autonomously or as part of a team to develop products from concept to manufacture
* An appreciation of electronics manufacturing would be an advantage
* Good practical electronics skills (electronics build, test etc)
* Experience of microcontroller programming (embedded C, assembler)
* Good communication skills, well organised, a flexible attitude
Others: (beneficial skills)
* Experience of hobby electronics, Raspberry Pi or Arduino projects (home or work related) would be of interest
* Knowledge of Sensors and instrumentation or optical electronics would be good
This role is commutable from Southampton, Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester, Havant and Bognor Regis. Relocation assistance could be available
