About the role:

Our Multi Skilled Operatives carry out a variety of high quality, customer focused responsive maintenance within our tenanted properties. The role involves carpentry/joinery, fencing, plumbing, finishing work such as plastering and rendering, floor and wall tiling, high level works (guttering/roofing works) and painting.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Relevant City and Guilds Craft Certificate or NVQ equivalent, preferably with post qualification experience
  • Experience in carpentry, plumbing, ground works, tiling, wet trades and high level works
  • Experience of installations, maintenance and repairs obtained through working in industry
  • Good IT skills
  • The ability to travel effectively and efficiently to all properties in our district
  • A flexible approach to hours worked and ability to respond to emergencies
