The Business Growth Officer will support the Head of Business Growth in developing a portfolio of commercial services and products designed for external clients, customers and stakeholders across private, public and third sector organisations.
You will also support all aspects of effective client relationship management to deliver the highest quality and standard of service to the commercial and business community. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining systems, processes and procedures to support the aims and objectives of the Business Growth team, including income generation and profit targets set on an annual basis.
You will be qualified to SCQF Level 8 (HND level or equivalent) with experience of working with a wide range of partners, preferably within an education context, at a local and national level. With recent experience and current knowledge of external funding sources, you will also have demonstrable experience of stakeholder relationship management with the ability to develop creative solutions to address a wide range of challenging and unforeseen issues.
