Your Role 

As a Customer Service Executive / Account Manager you will provide a world-class service to customers. 

In this varied role, you will: 

- Advise customers on software product licensing, prices, payment information and order status 
- Identify customer’s needs and identify products that help them achieve their objectives 
- Create and follow-up quotes to win the business from new and existing customers 
- Accurately process sales orders 
- Maintain and update the customer database 
- Analyse and report on customer feedback 

About You 

To be considered as a Customer Service Executive / Account Manager, you’ll need: 

- Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal, as well as English 
- To be a strong relationship builder and excellent communicator at all levels 
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task 
- At a minimum, A Levels or equivalent 
- A great eye for detail

Previous customer service and/or account management experience would be advantageous. Fluency in another language, in addition to English and Spanish would also be beneficial, but this isn’t essential.
