Hostels Team Manager / Services Team Manager
Location: Bromley
Salary: £35,020
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, Occasionally expected to start early or work late as required)

Evolve Housing + Support work in the London Boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Lambeth, and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. We are the third largest provider of homelessness accommodation in London and work with people of all ages, providing housing, support and guidance to empower them towards independent living and to building a better life.
Our Bromley service is a 41 bed project for people up to the age of 65 with a range of support needs, some of which are complex. The role will require you to lead the staff team to help our customers identify their strengths and skills so they can achieve their goals and aspirations.
As our Team Manager you will assist in providing a high quality accommodation based support service to single homeless customers with complex support needs. Managing all aspects of service delivery including casework management, staff line management and the daily running of busy a hostels, you’ll promote an inclusive culture and deliver the highest standards of service delivery to customers. Further to this you will manage the service budget and deliver a contract compliant service that meets KPIs and remains relevant to the Borough’s homelessness strategy
As well as having an excellent understanding of the issues affecting homelessness and a proven track record in managing support services for vulnerable people, you’ll have the ability to motivate, lead and develop a team. You will be passionate and have excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to develop good working relationships with customers, colleagues and external contacts.
