Evolve Housing + Support work in the London Boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Lambeth, and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. We are the third largest provider of homelessness accommodation in London and work with people of all ages, providing housing, support and guidance to empower them towards independent living and to building a better life.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled Fundraising Officer, who is confident and capable in taking the lead on this key strand of our fundraising stream. You will be strongly supported by the Fundraising Manager and Head of Business Development, and will have autonomy on leading on large trusts and grants applications.

The ideal candidate will bring experience of successfully submitting and winning bids from Trusts, Foundations and ideally Lottery funding. They will be results-oriented, managing our Trusts and statutory fundraising pipeline, and developing our well-established statutory income. They will build excellent working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders as they pull together details of life-changing programmes and projects that we are seeking funding for in order to help the people we support to rebuild their lives.

As we are a small team, a team-player attitude is a must, as well as a positive and can-do approach, a natural ability to work across departments and determination to succeed.

Based at our newly refurbished offices right next to South Wimbledon tube, you will be joining a vibrant, positive, supportive team and charity. This is an excellent opportunity to capitalise on our new brand, deliver our Trusts fundraising strategy and really make your mark at a leading homelessness charity.

Benefits: Competitive salary, comprehensive training and development program, 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, occupational sick pay, contributory group pension scheme, free life assurance and schemes such as cycle to work and season ticket loans.
