Recruitment and Events Support

Liverpool City Centre (opposite Moorfields Station)
Permanent, full time role (Monday to Friday).

Salary: Competitive (dependent upon experience level)

Our Role:
We have a broad role that is well suited to a candidate who wants to combine event and recruitment tasks.

About Us:
We are a growing recruitment business, providing a recruitment consultancy and specialist events service to graduate employers throughout the UK.
The business has 9 staff and we work in a collaborative, supportive way. It has an entrepreneurial and flexible working environment rather than a target driven, KPI based culture.
Our event business organises careers fairs for female STEM students with events planned for London, Bristol, Birmingham, Dublin, Edinburgh and Manchester during the autumn term.
Our recruitment agency service places recent graduates from a Science, Technology (IT), Engineering or Mathematics discipline into roles with graduate employers.
Event Tasks:
During the autumn term it is likely that the chosen candidate will represent STEM Graduates and STEM Women on campus and will be tasked with registering students onto our candidate database.

At external careers events the chosen candidate is likely to stand by our event stand, to introduce our events and recruitment services to appropriate students and to sign-up students who meet our criteria.
At our STEM Women events it is likely that the chosen candidate will perform a mixture of tasks including coordinating coach travel to the event, producing lanyards, manning the reception desk and various "ad-hoc" event tasks.
Recruitment Tasks:
From December onwards it is likely that the role will focus on providing support to a small team of recruitment consultants. The role will involve the following tasks???

Sourcing candidates and jobs through social media, screening applicants and updating our recruitment CRM.
Working with our recruitment consultants and assisting with client enquiries.
Ad-hoc:

Due to the fast-moving nature of our business we may well require the chosen candidate to work on various ad-hoc tasks from time to time.
Requirements:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, articulate and professional candidate with excellent communication skills
Ideally the chosen candidate will be educated to degree level in any subject and possess an interested in recruitment and/or events.
Commercial experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Willingness to travel throughout the UK (mainly by train and a driving licence is not essential). We estimate circa 6 nights in hotels across October and November. This is unlikely to be required during the rest of the year
