We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable B2B Marketing & Social Media professional to join our successful growing business. Our perfect candidate would be someone with an appreciation for business and consulting, with experience planning and executing B2B marketing and creative content campaigns. They must be capable of working independently, enjoy creative challenges and relish the thought of working with a variety of projects within agreed budgets.

Reporting to the COO and Head of Consulting, our Marketing Executive will be actively involved in planning and execution of all marketing efforts, including digital and content preparation, marketing campaign planning, website and social media management, events coordination, lead generation, service campaigns and the coordinating design of marketing materials.

The Successful candidate for the Marketing Executive role will have a focus on and keen desire to develop their skills in B2B marketing. Ideally having had some industry experience, in addition to their grounding in marketing, preferably in a commercial industry environment (i.e. retail, wholesale, manufacturing & supply chain, hospitality or leisure).

You will also have the following skills and competencies;

• Good awareness and understanding of the full spectrum of marketing strategy and operations
• Graduate level marketing/business/media qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong research and presentation skills
• Creative talent and passion for design with impeccable attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
• A good communicator who can work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, prioritise whilst delivering to a deadline
• Self-motivated, with an ability to work individually or as part of a team and ability to handle self-driven projects efficiently
• Knowledge and experience of digital marketing platforms, awareness of CRM, WordPress, MailChimp, and Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Salary will be negotiable dependent on experience

• Independent working within a virtual, dispersed organisation
• Office space will be identified in a suitable co-located, shared office environment - although working from a suitable home-office would be acceptable, working in a "shared space" is expected to provide a better social working environment
• Use of online meetings, collaboration, and conferencing tools will be expected
• Some travel will be required to customer project locations and for management meetings and suppliers
