My client is an Independent Financial Advisory firm, specialising in Financial Planning and Wealth Management, providing financial solutions that are tailored to the clients needs and are based in the centre of Doncaster.

We are urgently seeking an Investment / IFA Administrator to join the existing Administrative team supporting 2 Financial Advisers, generally you would be responsible for supporting the Financial Advisors of the company in day-to-day Administrative tasks, which will include direct contact with clients, 3rd parties and internal stakeholders.

Specifically you will process and monitor all new business applications for both Directors and Financial Advisors liaising with clients and product providers, you will maintain a strict diary system for all cases submitted and provide regular updates on cases and their development, ensure that all files are compliant with regards to AML (Anti-money Laundering) requirements, and provide support to Financial Advisors with regards to client valuations, key client reviews, collation / completion of all required documentation, meeting preparation, general servicing inquiries including policy and contract alterations, co-ordination of promotions and client mailers, document scanning and taking calls from both product providers and clients. You will also make the use of the Intelligent Office system to record and maintain all client details.

We would ideally be seeking someone with 2-3+ years experience working within an Administrative role within a Financial Advisory firm, who has solid Administration experience. It would be to your advantage if you have good knowledge and understanding of investments pensions, life assurance, permanent health insurance and personal tax, it would also be to your advantage if you have any experience with the Intelligent Office system
