Night Concierge

We have a Night Concierge vacancy for a residential development in Marble Arch.

Purpose of Concierge Role

To assist in the general running and upkeep the Development. As Concierge, you will provide a safe, secure and well-maintained environment. You will maintain the highest standards, ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered to residents.

Concierge Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of customer service to residents, client and guests. To be welcoming, friendly, polite and smart at all times.
• Ensure that the buildings are maintained to the highest standards expected by the Landlord and Managing Agent and that the Building and Estate runs efficiently.
• To co-ordinate the day-to-day running of the building, liaising with residents to ensure all relevant information is communicated correctly and efficiently.
• Statutory Health and Safety checks of the building.
• Checking in and signing out of parcels.
• Management of key holding and contractor attendance.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience gained within a similar role and previous experience of delivering excellent customer service.

You will have a professional attitude to service provision and be confident resolving complaints effectively and within procedure. What else are we looking for?

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.45pm - 6.15am

Location: Marble Arch

Salary: GBP21,000 per annum
