As a CDP/Sous Chef you will be expected to be able to cook to a good Gastro pub level from fresh ingredients as well as being able to assist the Head Chef with day to day running of the kitchen and helping with ordering etc.

We are open all day every day for drinks. Our kitchen closes after lunch on Sunday and re-opens at lunch time on Tuesday
