A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Neighbourhood Officer to join a leading Housing Association. This role is paying a competitive hourly rate with an immediate start. With a Monday - Friday working week, this role requires a full UK license.
Hourly Rate - GBP16.70 PAYE.

Description
Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers
Regular estate inspections
Fire safety risk assessment follow up work
Work to develop local community facilities, activities and events
Work collaboratively with local partners on neighbourhood safety and ASB issues, for ad hoc or routine meetings as appropriate
Visit customers in breach of their tenancy or lease agreement
Conduct viewings and sign ups or tenancy assignments
Attend court to represent the HA and/or provide witness statements as required
Conduct evictions and attend stay hearings.

Confident and able to work alone
Excellent communication skills, able to adapt approach to the audienceAlso Has experience in:
Providing good customer service
Dealing with customers in person
Working with external partners
Working to plans and targets
The ability to exercise good judgement
Needs to have full driving licence with use of own vehicle.
