Family Fee Earner
Salary: DOE
Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a Family Fee Earner on behalf of our client, a leading and well respected regional firm of Solicitors. This will be a stand alone role within the Sheffield office.
Duties will include;
- Managing and progressing your own caseload of private family law with an emphasis on Matrimonial work
- Attending meetings with clients, taking initial instructions in relation to family law issues and providing information and advice
- Representing your clients in hearings or instructing Counsel
- Conducting business development duties in order to build and develop new work
Although this is a stand alone role you will have some support from an Apprentice and support with marketing and business development.
It would be an advantage if you were either a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive but this is not essential if you have experience of handling your own caseload from start to finish.
