Our client, a Management Consultancy based in the West End, requires a Facilities Assistant to start ASAP. This is a temporary position until early October but could possibly be extended. Your hours are likely to be 8:00am - 17:00pm but it is essential that you are flexible as your hours may change. You MUST be immediately available!

The main duties of the Facilities Assistant are:

Facilities coordination
Franking and distributing mail
Receiving couriers
Maintenance of office equipment
Printing and binding of documents
Dealing with minor building maintenance
Assisting with internal office moves
Setting up meeting rooms and rearranging the meeting rooms which will including some lifting
Cover the reception desk
Any other ad hoc duties to assist the smooth running of the officeThis role will suit a graduate with some office work / reception experience. The successful candidate must be hard working, proactive, dedicated, a team player and have a strong work ethic.
