Electrical Estimator - Building Services
My Client is an Electrical Contractor who are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their team in West Sussex.
In this role you will work within the commercial team, preparing electrical estimates of values up to GBP2m. You will typically work across the commercial, industrial and residential sectors servicing clients within both the public and private sector across the South of England
As a Electrical Estimator you will be responsible for ensuring tenders are prepared to a high standard, carrying out estimates using bespoke estimating software packages.
You will be negotiating prices and estimating the full range of Electrical systems within building services projects including;
??Small power systems
??Lighting, CCTV and alarm systems
??Wiring
??All other materials relating to the project, including labour
You will be working closely with suppliers and clients, developing relationships to establish open communication paths and upholding the high standards the business has become famous for.
Successful applicants will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
??Experience within in similar position as Electrical Estimator with an M&E Contractor.
??Electrical Building Services related qualifications.
??Strong negotiation skills.
??Confident communicator.
??Experience working on Electrical packages up to GBP2m
