We are looking for a dynamic and results orientated senior consultant to work from our Mansfield offices.

Within your role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

Full 360 Consultant role within the commercial sector
Developing new and existing business and client relationships via telephone and face to face meetings
Focusing on providing a quality recruitment service by
Reviewing CVs, interviewing candidates, presenting short list of candidates to clients
Resourcing candidates using various mediums
Building relationships with both new and existing clients
Support and develop and existing teamYou will be expected to the demonstrate the following skills as a Senior Recruitment Consultant

You will be a successful recruitment consultant looking for the next step in your career
Minimum 2 years' experience is essential ideally with supervisory or management experience
A strong sales ability and excellent relationship builder with the tenacity to succeed
Strong attention to detail and a quality driven approach
Experience of supporting / supervising a team and the desire to develop would be an advantageWe can provide a clear career path and excellent opportunities to progress for the right person
