A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a specialist Neighbourhood Services Team Leader to join one of our most improved Housing Association clients in a full time (35 hours per week), fixed term contract for twelve months. This post is to cover maternity leave and my client is keen to hire as soon as possible.

All applicants must possess previous experience of:

* Managing up to 6 staff (preferably Housing/asb/neighbourhood officers) in the public sector.
* Leading, motivating and managing the Neighbourhood teams to deliver excellent tenancy management and estate inspection services for residents.
* Managing performance targets, producing statistics and analysing team performance and external trends to continuously improve service delivery.
* Developing the Estate Inspection team to enable it to fulfil its task of improving the estate environment.
* Co-ordinating team meetings and delegating work related tasks to the tenancy management team.
* Resolving complex anti-social behaviour, leasehold and rent arrears cases.

Based in Surrey, the client is looking for a member of staff who has experience in developing a professional, customer-focused service which meets the needs of residents and responds promptly to enquiries and complaints. Being a car driver is essential.
