Fel y gymdeithas dai fwyaf yng Ngogledd Cymru, mae Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd yn darparu tai a gwasanaethau fforddiadwy ac o safon i’n tenantiaid. Rydym yn ceisio gwneud hynny mewn ffordd sy’n amddiffyn ac yn datblygu diwylliant a threftadaeth ein cymunedau.

Fel landlord cymdeithasol cofrestredig prif bwrpas CCG yw darparu tai rhent fforddiadwy i bobl sydd eu hangen. Rydym yn gorff annibynnol di-elw wedi ein cofrestru a’n reoleiddio gan Lywodraeth Cymru.

Mae gennym dros 6,300 o gartrefi ac rydym yn gyfrifol am reoli a chynnal y cartrefi rheini.

Fel Swyddog Gwasanaethau Cwsmer fe fyddwch yn delio gydag ystod eang o ymholiadau cwsmer dros y ffôn, trwy e-bost a chyfryngau cymdeithasol.

Mae’n hanfodol i ddeilydd y swydd yma gael Safon addysg dda (cyfatebol i 3 TGAU gradd C neu uwch) ac hefo profiad o weithio mewn sefydliad sy’n gwasanaethu cwsmeriaid. Mae’r gallu i siarad cymraeg yn hanfodol yn y swydd hon.

CUSTOMER SERVICES

As North Wales’ largest housing association, Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd provide quality, affordable homes and services to our tenants, and strive to protect and develop the culture and heritage of the communities we serve as we do so.

As a registered social landlord our primary purpose is to provide affordable rented homes to those in housing need. We are an independent not-for-profit organisation registered and regulated by the Welsh Government.

With over 6,300 homes, we are responsible for the management and maintenance of these properties.

As a Customer Services Officer, your role would be to deal with a wide variety of customer enquiries over the phone, via e-mail and through social media.

It is essential that the post holder has a good standard of education (equivalent to 3 GCSEs Grade C or above) and experience of working within a customer facing organisation. The ability to speak Welsh is essential in this role.
