Our client is interested in highly motivated individuals who pride themselves on delivering an excellent service to their customers. Working as part of a team within their Pensions Administration function, you will be responsible for the effective administration of our schemes including the calculation of pension benefits and the accurate maintenance of employer and member records.
As a Pensions Assistant you will liaise with their customers on a regular basis so good communication and customer service skills are a must. You’ll also need to have a high level of accuracy and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as an ability to work on your own initiative.
