Temporary Customer Services Advisor


£24,087.52 per annum

35 hours over 5 days per week – Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm

Fixed term contract up to 12 months


Our client is a value-orientated Housing Association working together to create communities where people want to live. They manage circa 5,500 homes over a wide geographical area and their residents include families, older people and those in need of special care and support.

The successful candidate will bring the following to the role:

  • Enthusiastic, results oriented individual with experience in a demanding customer service environment.
  • Confident in communicating with stakeholders in a variety of methods voice, email, chat, face to face etc.
  • A collaborative, problem solving approach to every interaction supporting a wide range of customers to achieve positive solutions.
  • Confidence in delivering empathetic services to a wide range of customers and the skills to respond in a sensitive and confidential manner
  • Positive and open to change and able to contribute positively to a culture of evaluation and improvement
  • A flexible approach to match evolving customer demand in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
