The Role 

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding service to customers.  

Joining a tight-knit Customer Service Department based in the Manchester office, you’ll help support the off-shore Customer Service team based in Manila, Philippines.  

In this exciting role, you’ll be involved in the training and development of the overseas representatives through mentoring, evaluation of calls and emails as well as working to develop new processes and training materials to meet the company’s high standards.  

You’ll be working closely with all departments to identify opportunities and provide resolution for the improvement of the customer journey.  

Additionally, your day-to-day will involve:  

- Understanding customers’ needs and requirements and trying to exceed these wherever possible  
- Responding to a range of telephone and email queries, including orders, technical product support, account and payment enquiries, cancellations, complaint resolutions and more  
- Helping to resolve customers’ product or service related issues  
- Assisting with the placement of orders, refunds or exchanges  
- Liaising with courier companies to track customers’ deliveries and collections  

About You 

Think you’d fit in with this passionate team? To be considered, you’ll need:  

- Experience in a customer service environment  
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the ability to understand further programmes  
- Excellent communication and presentation skills  
- A positive 'can do' attitude and the willingness to embrace change  
- The ability to problem solve  
- To be highly-organised, focused and able to prioritise your workload effectively
