Receptionist Supervisor

A Receptionist Supervisor is required to join a growing team based in Oxford, GBP22-25k.

This is a consultancy firm which gives companies advice on economic matters. They have a reputation for giving credible and integral information on matters in the UK but also all over the world. Due to changing circumstances they require a Receptionist Supervisor to join them in their offices in Oxford.

Your new role
Your role is an integral link between clients and the firm, offering an excellent first impression of the business. You will provide a warm welcome, look after clients in the building, provide light refreshments and notify colleagues of their arrival. This is a very busy reception desk - you will promptly and courteously answer incoming calls and record relevant information. You will also distribute post and fax transmissions arriving throughout the day. You will be required to work Monday's and Thursdays between 8:30-17:00.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience on reception is integral. This is a busy role so you must be able to adapt to changing circumstances. It is also important that you work well in a team as you will be collaborating with other Receptionists in order to ensure all administrative tasks in the office are covered. You must also have great written and verbal communication due to the importance of the documentation you will be handling.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a FTE salary of GBP22-25k alongside a generous benefits package. All training and support will be provided.
