With a basic salary of £19k-£21k and a bonus capacity of up to £18,400 we have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic media sales team in Cardiff. - Working with existing customers with a heavy focus on generating response for their business
- Building relationships with new clients and offering a holistic approach to advertising
- Expanding your client base by sourcing new leads and following up to completion
- Establishing ongoing campaigns from each client through telephone based activity
- Understanding which suite of products and services is most appropriate to the clients' need
- Delivering clear and concise sales messages to build loyalty
- Ensuring a high standard of communication at all times, you will be expected to keep abreast of new product developments and present these to your client base
The Ideal Candidate
This role is all about relationships; you'll be a business partner as well as a marketing advisor, and a trusted provider rolled into one. You'll need to build relationships quickly, ensuring your customers trust you to provide the best products for their needs. You will be a confident communicator, with the ability to explain unfamiliar concepts in a clear and concise way.
You'll be working towards set targets, but we want someone who isn't afraid to smash the glass ceiling. Why meet targets when you can exceed them? We want you to have a real passion and drive; for sales, for building revenue and a tenacity that will serve you well with your new and existing clients.
You'll need to be flexible and adaptable; this business is ever changing, and there are always new developments in the world of digital. You will need to stay on top of your game, continue to educate yourself and move with the ebb and flow of the business.
You'll have a full understanding of the digital landscape - your clients are relying on you to know your stuff and to handle their campaigns with professionalism and care.
