Telesales Account Manager
Are you an experienced Telesales/Customer Service/Sales professional?
Can you demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills?
As a Customer Service Telesales Executive for this Company, you will be providing regular Customer contact, up selling and cross selling a range of products. Within this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through regular Customer contact via outbound calls and provide excellent Customer service along the way.
To be considered for this post,you must have the following:
- Experience working in a sales/ Customer service role.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent Customer service manner.
- Ability to use own initiative to identify, pursue and secure sales opportunities.
- Experience of working with and meeting targets
- Experience of working with Microsoft packages to a good level (Sage/Arcos systems experience an advantage)
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with "Can Do" attitude
