My Wolverhampton based client are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their existing team on a full time and permanent basis.
This is a new role into the business and a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business.
As the Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for:-
* Identifying current and future hiring needs
* Liaising and building relationships with hiring managers to understand department requirements and job roles
* Advertising job openings internally and online
* Managing advert response and responding to candidates accordingly
* Sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates
* Shortlisting candidates for interview
* Arranging assessment days
* Attending interviews with hiring managers
* Promoting the employer brand, reducing time to hire and attracting the best professionals
Key skills for the role:-
* Essential you have a proven track record in a 360-recruitment role either via a Recruitment agency or an Internal Recruitment Position
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels
* Excellent attention to detail
* A proactive nature and keen eye for identifying skills and team fit
* Strong time management skills
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise key tasks
* Excellent IT skills in the use of Word and Excel along with knowledge of Recruitment Job Boards and Social Media Platforms
The position attracts a competitive salary of GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 plus excellent benefits
