Your Role
As a Dispatch Operative, you’ll be tasked with ensuring that our client’s delicious products reach hungry customers in a timely manner.
Here’s what you’ll be doing on a daily basis:
- Using product codes to find the correct items
- Checking for any damaged or missing products and reporting them to colleagues
- Compiling, printing and issuing delivery notes
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Completing stock takes and ensuring that stock rotation procedures are followed
- Receiving, storing and internally dispatching products in accordance with quality standards and company operating procedures within a cold store environment
- Achieving the quality, efficiency and productivity targets that are set
About You
Interested? To be considered as a Dispatch Operative, you will need:
- Experience gained within a warehouse and/or dispatch environment
- A strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
A counterbalance or reach truck forklift licence would be beneficial to your application.
