CONTROL CENTRE OPERATIVE
Our client is currently seeking a Control Centre Operatives for immediate start to join their team on a temporary basis. This role presents a great opportunity to working in a 24/7 centre. The role will need a flexible approach to hours and working times. It involves answering calls, including out of hours emergency life threatening calls, providing help, advice and emergency response.
The Role: This will be a varied Control Centre role; responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
The successful Control Centre Operative will be:
Answer, log and respond to call, assess their urgency and take appropriate action
Respond to callers in a compassionate, polite and helpful way and address the call with the level of urgency required
Take personal responsibility for answering calls within the KPI required
Ensure a proactive, positive and flexible approach to the variety of tasks and work patterns within the role.

- Demonstrate experience in a busy call centre of customer service role
Experience and willingness to work unsocial hours as part of the duties
Trustworthy and reliable
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills to ensure appropriate response
Experience of working with older, potentially vulnerable people
Empathetic and patient
A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate
