Personal Assistant / Office Assistant
Successful and expanding Wealth Manager firm based in Llanelli is seeking a Personal Assistant/Office Administrator.
Very competitive level of remuneration, dependent on experience and expertise of candidate.
The ideal candidate will have the following expertise; Confident, numerate and organised Good attention to detail and fully competent with IT (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel). Strong interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solver and Self-starter, who can work with little supervision Opportunities for development for the right individual.
- Working within the Financial Services or professional services sector, in a similar role for either an IFA, life office or bank.
- Office management, administrative or as a personal assistant
The successful candidate will have an initial period of training to learn new processes and skills which would provide you with a foundation for a career within a Financial Services Practice. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to work towards an Accreditation framework.
Employment status: Employed 25-35hrs per week (flexible)
Package: £18-24k pa (negotiable) pro-rata, plus further incentives.
