Salary: GBP35,000-40,000 per annum
Location: Letchworth
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm

Company Profile: An experienced, established training provider and specialists in their sector.

Purpose of the role: Due to rapid growth, this excellent organisation requires an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to come on board to manage overall operations of the business as well as managing 3 team leaders.

Duties:

• Work closely with the COO to establish and monitor key KPIs for the business
• Reporting and analysis on metrics
• Conduct appraisals for team leaders
• Evaluate feedback and provide meaning insights from data received
• Identify any improvement opportunities on operational efficiency and capability
• Ensure cost efficiency
• Monitor client satisfaction and service delivery

Skills/Experience Required:

• Previous experience within similar commercial operations role
• Strong reporting and analysis skills
• Proficiency with a range of systems including MS Office, particularly Excel
• People management experience
• Commercial acumen
