Our client is a multinational professional services practice with its headquarters in London and a major employer with global clients.
The Role:
Due to continuous growth within the Corporate Department, our client is seeking experienced Corporate Solicitors (3 to 4 years PQE) to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract with a view of going permanent, to work ona broad range of high quality, corporate legal projects, including M&A, investments and venture capital, joint ventures, buy-side and sell-side legal due diligence and large international corporate restructuring projects.
Essential Requirements
3 to 4 years PQE Corporate Solicitor/Lawyer
Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate restructuring projects
Key Skills
Strong business acumen
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
