Customer Service Advisor

Wakefield Council are looking for a customer services advisor to join their team.

Proven successful experience of working in a fast paced customer facing environment

Experience of dealing with customer enquiries from a variety of contact channels including the telephone, correspondence and e-mail or social media

Using computer databases to record and view customer information and transactions

Working to targets in a performance driven environment

Working under pressure to tight deadlines

Experience of identifying urgent or emergency situations in a customer service environment and responding with the appropriate level of escalation
