Organisational Development Partner

Flexible - Devizes, Wells, Andover, Poole & Wareham

£35,000 per annum

Within Aster the People and Organisational Development team is responsible for driving a learning and people development culture. We have an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking and inspirational individual to design, develop and deliver our learning and change solutions and initiatives. You will be pivotal in proactively promoting a positive learning and communications culture throughout the business, facilitating events, inductions and focus groups to support our L&D objectives and transformation strategy. You will liaise with leaders and wider teams to help deliver talent development and will be key to the blended learning solutions delivery, both face-to-face and virtual learning. You will identify innovative learning  initiatives and programmes, manage the relevant budgets and monitor their impact. You will be an advocate for performance and change management, influencing stakeholders to develop a strong and engaged workforce and encourage continuous improvement.
You will be CIPD qualified and ideally hold a relevant L&D or training qualification and have demonstrable learning and development experience, with a background of delivering a range of diagnostic tools and will be accustomed to managing obstacles that often arise from both learning and change management implementations. Confident and approachable, you will be comfortable presenting to small and large groups and will have experience of coaching colleagues of all levels. Strong project management skills are key, as you influence those around you to trust and welcome new initiatives and feel invested in the future of the business.
