Secretary / Typist Required on a full time basis
We are currently looking for a secretary / typist on a full-time basis to join the administration team within a small independent financial advisor practice based in Sherwood, Nottingham.
Duties and responsibilities to include:-
Typing / word processing the letters and reports for the two Directors/advisors.
Answering the telephone and directing calls.
Diary management and making appointments with clients via email and telephone.
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office.
Opening and distributing the mail.
General office duties to include the filing, petty cash, stationery orders etc.
Skills and Experience
Experience within an IFA environment not essential.
Word processing essential – audio typing not essential.
Ability to use word for windows.
Experience of diary management and management of own workload.
Previous reception experience desirable.
Attention to detail and a good telephone manner essential.
Desire and potential to progress and assist the administration team.
