We’re now looking for a Technical Support Officer to join our Corporate Property Team on a part time basis and support the management of our diverse property portfolio.
- Salary of up to £21,589 - £23,836 pro rata

What’s more, you’ll be based in Bakewell, right in the heart of the National Park, meaning you’ll be surrounded by some of the country’s most enviable views as you work.
As a Technical Support Officer, you will provide technical support to our Corporate Property Team.
Specifically, you’ll be responsible for the property database, using AutoCAD and GIS to create plans and maps, developing technical information and supporting the creation of tender documents.
Additionally, you will:
- Use AutoCAD to produce and edit drawings and specifications for property projects
- Help colleagues to fully utilise the database
- Create summaries and reports from the property database
- Develop and maintain digitised GIS records
- Act as the first point of contact for queries in the Property Manager’s absence
To join us as a Technical Support Officer, you’ll need:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS
- Project management skills
- The ability to read and interpret maps and plans
- Strong IT skills
- At a minimum, A Levels (or equivalent)
A project management, AutoCAD or GIS qualification would be beneficial to your application.

This is a part time role, working 18.5 hours per week.
